Los Angeles, Ca
The Mayan Theater (Downtown LA)
It is my first time at the Mayan Theater for a “rock concert”. Just a few days ago I was at The Belasco (just right next door) to see Gemini Syndrome, Red Sun Rising and Sevendust, but the experience here was nothing but extraordinary. As many of us know, after lead singer/guitarist Deryck Whibley hit rock bottom with health and addiction complications and with the band on hiatus for a few years, it it great to see them back on this “Don’t call it a Sum-back tour”, now as a 5-piece and with the new album just released on October 7th, 2016 called 13 Voices”, expect to see this fun show that has gathered old fans and many teens in one place, now that I haven’t seen in a while. You will definitely enjoy the show and reminisce your HS days when all you cared about was hanging out with your friends and blast some rock n roll.
In case you missed the show check out some of the images.
