Stone Sour Hydrograd tour and Number1 Song!

SSpic4 SSpic2 SSpic1 SSpic3

Stone Sour rocked my face last night in San Diego, Ca. On tour with Korn and Baby Metal, always amazing to see Korn and Baby Metal are adorable!! Happy Birthday Yui Mizuno/Yui Metal!! Congrats on turning 18 years old!!

Stone Sour hit the number 1 spot Monday on the Rock Billboard charts with “Song3” off of their debut album “Hydrograd” out June 30th

Corey Taylor was having the time of his life on stage; you can see how much he loves preforming SS songs. They played “Through Glass” as well as “Say You’ll Haunt Me” two of my fav classics from this band and there was nothing stale about them! So good!

Drummer Roy Mayorga is one of the best musicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of watching, this is no joke during song3. You can almost become addicted to that drumbeat, him and Johny Chow are just killing it!

Guitar players Christian Martucci and Josh Rand are clearly happy to be on stage with Corey and all his antics including confetti guns and wacky inflatable waving arm tube men……. Check out a show near you! Tonight, Los Angeles, Ca!!

ACCLAIMED HARD ROCK BAND SET EAGERLY ANTICIPATED NEW ALBUM

PRE-ORDERS BEGIN TODAY AT ALL DSPS

ALL PRE-ORDERS RECEIVE INSTANT GRAT OF NEW SINGLE “OH LORD”

POWERFUL COMPANION VIDEO PREMIERES TODAY

VISIONARY NEW ALBUM INCLUDES “BLACK WEDDING (FEAT. ROB HALFORD)” + DARKENED REIMAGINATION OF PHIL COLLINS’ “IN THE AIR TONIGHT”

WIDE-RANGING NORTH AMERICAN TOUR RESUMES IN MID-JUNE

Produced by longtime collaborator – and multiple GRAMMY® Award nominee – Kevin Churko (Five Finger Death Punch, Ozzy Osbourne), RITUAL sees In This Moment pushing their inimitably dark sound forward with a provocative sense of pervading doom and metallic blues power.

Highlights include a dramatic reimagination of Phil Collins’ classic “In The Air Tonight” as well as “Black Wedding,” a walk down the aisle of musical madness that sees lead singer Maria Brink sharing the mic with legendary Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford.

“It’s like we’re going into the next realm,” says Brink. “I had a conviction of feeling empowered in my life and with myself. I always write from a personal place, and I needed to share that sense of strength. I’ve never been afraid to hold back. Sometimes, I can be very suggestive. However, I wanted to show our fans that this is the most powerful side of myself and it’s without overt sexuality. It’s that deeper serious fire inside of my heart.”

“When fans hear this, I want them to feel the music, whether they take away sadness, anger, or happiness,” adds lead guitarist Chris Howorth. “As a kid, I remember listening to records and putting them on repeat over and over again. I’d love for the world to listen and absorb this as a piece of work.”

Stone Sour unleashed their eponymous debut album in 2002 and was immediately confirmed as one of the most significant hard rock outfits of the 21st century. The self-titled release earned RIAA gold certification while singles “Get Inside” and “Inhale” each received GRAMMY® Award nominations for “Best Metal Performance.”

COME WHAT(EVER) MAY followed in 2006 and proved an even greater accomplishment with a top 5 debut on the SoundScan/Billboard 200 and a #1 entry onto Billboard’s “Rock Albums” chart. The acclaimed album spawned still another GRAMMY®-nominated single in “30/30-150” on its own way to RIAA gold certification. COME WHAT(EVER) MAY unleashed a series of rock radio classics, including “Sillyworld,” “Made of Scars,” the #1 hit, “Through Glass,” which spent seven weeks atop Billboard’s “Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks” while also reaching #2 on “Alternative Songs” and the top 40 on the overall “Hot 100.” The song’s companion video was also a favorite, now with over 44 million individual views at YouTube alone.

Stone Sour’s most recent all-original releases, the monumental HOUSE OF GOLD & BONES – PART 1 and HOUSE OF GOLD & BONES – PART 2, both made top 10 debuts on the SoundScan/Billboard 200 just six months apart from one another – the band’s third and fourth consecutive top 10 chart entries. The two-part concept album yielded a string of multi-format rock radio hits, including the top 5 favorites “Absolute Zero,” “Do Me A Favor,” and “Tired,” the latter of which ascended to #1 at Mainstream Rock outlets nationwide.

2015 saw the arrival of STRAIGHT OUTTA BURBANK, an unprecedented EP in which Stone Sour take on five immortal songs originally performed by such iconic artists as Bad Brains, Iron Maiden, The Rolling Stones, Mötley Crüe, and Slayer. The EP is highlighted by a stunning rendition of The Rolling Stones’ “Gimme Shelter” featuring distinctive guest vocals from Lzzy Hale of Atlantic recording group Halestorm, STRAIGHT OUTTA BURBANK is available now at all DSPs and streaming services.

Known far and wide as a truly incendiary live act, Stone Sour has built an international fan following through countless headline tours, multi-artist caravans, and performances at such famed festivals as Rock In Rio and the UK’s Download Festival.

Stone Sour is: Corey Taylor (vocals), Josh Rand (guitar), Roy Mayorga (drums), Johny Chow (bass), and Christian Martucci (guitar).
